Intentional Health Coach
Intentional Health is a 10 session programme which takes a 'whole person' approach to health and wellbeing. It is run in and for the community by volunteers from Christian churches but is suitable for people of all faiths and none. In the context of a supportive group, members learn how to make healthy choices in areas such as eating a balanced diet, increasing physical activity, challenging our negative thinking, managing stress, improving sleep and setting and maintaining personal boundaries. The main messages of each session are delivered by means of entertaining video animations. There is group discussion and lots of fun. Intentional Health programmes currently run in Brixham, but members are welcome to join us from other areas of the Bay.
